Description
The ESDAXLC6-1BT2Y is bidirectional single-line TVS diode designed to protect data lines or other I/O ports against ESD transients. This device is ideal for applications where both reduced line capacitance and power absorption capability are required.-

- Breakdown voltage = 6 V min.
- Extra low diode capacitance = 0.4 pF
- Lead-free package
- ECOPACK®2 compliant
- AEC-Q101 qualified
