Power PCアーキテクチャ・ベースのSPC5マイコンは、最高200MHzで動作するコアを最大で3つ搭載しており、 165°C(Tᴊ)の動作温度をもちます。
車載向けAEC-Q100規格に準拠するSPC5マイコンは、以下の特徴を持ちます。
